Terms and Conditions

Bespoke Timber Buildings & Landscaping Ltd provides the following: 

• Timber buildings 
• Full landscaping services 
• Garden maintenance service 

The work carried out will always be in agreement with the client(s) therefore the client will be encouraged to provide drawings or/and written instructions. Once we have received the client’s instructions then we will provide the client with a quotation which will be valid for 30 days. After the 30 days we will need to review the quotation to ensure that our supplier’s prices have not altered, or we are requested to use another supplier due to stock levels.

Our maintenance services are agreed and completed on the dates set by the client(s) whereby the client provides us with an itinerary for the term of the contract. Within the itinerary it will state the list of the garden task that needs to be maintained and how often we are required to complete the tasks. We will expect the client to ensure that we can gain access on the dates agreed which includes a safe area for our company vehicle to unload and load our equipment and tools. Risk Assessments and Health & Safety checks will be completed at every visit to ensure the work will be carried out safely. If for whatever reason, we cannot carry out the work then the client will be informed of the reason(s) as to why we cannot proceed.

All materials are high grade and the grass seed supplied has been tested and conforms to the current EEC Regulations. No land is free from weeds as they cannot be eradicated hence why we would remove the weeds as part of our service.  

Plants and turfs supplied by Bespoke Timber Building & Landscaping are sourced and supplied at a high standard but via independent nurseries.  

Bespoke Timber Buildings & Landscaping will not be able to: 

• Manage the weeds once the job has been completed unless the client is paying for the service. 
• Clear away passageways before we can commence our work unless the client has requested us to do so and we have invoiced beforehand. 
• Watering plants and grass daily/ weekly unless the client is paying for the service. 
• Replace any neglected flowers without charging. 
• Manage Unclean, slippery, or split decking unless the client is paying for the service 
• Any other maintenance service will be charged at the industry rate. 

In the event of making changes to the client design would be due to the following: 

• Electrical cabling 
• Drainage pipes / Manhole  
• Telephone pole 
• TV  
• Solar Panels 
• Gas 
• Any other form of obstruction  
• In some case(s) the client will need to obtain permission from the local authorities as we have a duty to inform you as soon as possible. 

Any damages that are caused by us then we will replace it at No cost to the client. However, if additional work is required that was not part of the original quote, then we will inform you as soon as possible – for example order a skip but we will need to ensure that we have a safe space first.  

If the client requests any additional changes to the original work quoted, the client would need to complete a ‘Additional Request Form’. In some cases, Bespoke Timber Building & Landscaping may need to complete a ‘Additional Requests Form’ if events occur that are out of Bespoke Timber Building & Landscaping control

Our team will provide a professional service as we aim to ensure that all our clients are happy. 

Termination
All company contracts we will require 60 days’ notice should you wish to terminate our contract with all outstanding invoice(s) settled (including any interests) in full.  

Payments / Invoices
Once a quotation price has been agreed an invoice will be raised this is due to a 50% deposit unless otherwise stated is required and the outstanding balance will be made on the day of completion.

All materials remain the property of Bespoke Timber Buildings & Landscaping Ltd until full balance as been received.

Late Payment(s) will be referred to a Debt Collection Agency whereby your details will be shared – See Privacy Notice for further information.

Events Out of Our Control 

Due to the nature of the services that we offer we have no control over the weather conditions so therefore we would need to reassess the project. If necessary, it may require a change in the way we will complete your project and the deadline may be extended. 

Bespoke Timber Buildings & Landscaping Ltd aims to deliver a high quality, professional service with aim to maintain satisfied clients throughout. All clients will be encouraged to communicate with us always should they have any concerns, requests, and expression of full satisfaction.

Contracts 

The Contract(s), and any dispute(s) or claim(s) (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of work carried out, shall be governed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
